Plain-English policy

Your data stays yours. Here's exactly how we handle it.

We built Lisa to answer calls for your business, not to collect more than we need. This page explains what we collect, why, and the control you have.

We never sell your data

Not yours, not your customers'. No data brokers, no ad networks.

Calls are disclosed

Callers hear a notice before recording, where the law requires it.

Encrypted end to end

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on secure cloud infrastructure.

Delete on request

Ask us to export or erase your data and we'll act within 30 days.

01

Who we are

Lisa is an AI receptionist and booking assistant operated by Mr Tech Labs ("we", "us", "our"). We answer calls, reply to texts, qualify leads and schedule appointments for home service businesses ("Customers").

This policy covers two groups of people: visitors to lisa.liquidexim.tech, and the callers or leads who talk to Lisa on behalf of a Customer.

Our role. For caller and lead data we act as a processor (service provider) for our Customer, who is the controller. For website visitors and Customer accounts, we are the controller.

02

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the service. Here is a summary by category.

CategoryExamplesSource
Contact detailsName, phone number, email, service addressYou or the caller
Call & message contentAudio recordings, transcripts, text threads, job detailsCalls and SMS handled by Lisa
Booking dataAppointment time, service type, estimate notesConversation and Customer calendar

Form submissionsDemo requests, questions, support messagesYou

We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers through calls, government IDs, or sensitive categories such as health or biometric data. If a caller volunteers it, we treat it as confidential and do not use it beyond the conversation.

03

How we use it

  • Deliver the service: answer calls, send texts, book jobs and sync with your calendar or CRM.
  • Improve accuracy: review transcripts to fix mistakes and tune each business's scripts.
  • Support & communication: reply to your questions and send service notices.
  • Security & fraud prevention: detect spam calls, abuse and unauthorized access.
  • Legal compliance: meet tax, accounting and regulatory duties.

We do not use caller conversations to train public AI models, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

04

Calls, recording & AI

Lisa is an AI. When she answers, she says so, and she tells the caller the call may be recorded and transcribed. Callers who do not agree can ask to be transferred to a person or hang up.

Recording laws differ by location. Customers are responsible for enabling recording only where it is lawful, and for any additional notice their jurisdiction requires.

Automated decisions

Lisa qualifies leads and suggests booking slots. She does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on an individual. Customers can review or override any outcome.

05

Text messages

Lisa sends texts to confirm appointments, follow up on missed calls and answer questions, only to people who contacted the business or opted in. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
  • We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.
  • We honor opt-out requests immediately and keep a suppression record so you are not contacted again.
06

Sharing & service providers

We share information only in these situations:

  • With the Customer whose business you contacted, so they can serve you.
  • Trusted providers who run parts of our service under strict contracts: cloud hosting, telephony and SMS carriers, speech and language processing, calendar/CRM integrations, payments and email delivery.
  • Legal reasons: to comply with law, a court order, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: in a merger or acquisition, with notice to affected users.

We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
